IC Desktop, a San Francisco start-up, presented Pamet with a challenge to create a tool that will help IC designers with the subliminal intricacies of chip design project planning, management and execution - from start to finish.

Pamet's Solution

IC Desktop is a solutions-oriented project workflow and issue management Web application for complex and large integrated circuits design requiring team-working from geographically distributed locations. The application was designed to deploy either as an ASP or over the Internet.
IC Desktop goes beyond the more commonplace applications found in the market today and provides project managers and design engineers with a fully integrated structure for project management and a systematic approach to it. Within the IC Desktop application, Pamet created dedicated pieces of software responsible for overseeing and managing each and every interrelated issue that can arise during large integrated circuit design projects.
